How to Print with Lemon Gold Glitter

Screen Setup:

• Use 25–30 mesh on automatic presses and ≤40 mesh for manual presses to maximize glitter flow.
• Print two hits per color for maximum sparkle and opacity.

Flashing & Curing:

• Flash: 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds.
• Cure: 280–300°F (137–148°C) for full adhesion and flexibility.
• Note: Glitter particles reflect heat—perform test cures to ensure full polymerization.

Cleanup & Storage:

• Clean with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover for fast cleanup.
• Store at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry location, away from sunlight.
• Shelf Life: 12 months from manufacture when stored properly.
