How to Print with Light Copper Glitter
Screen Setup:
- Use 30 mesh on automatic presses; 40 mesh on manual presses for best glitter laydown.
- Print two hits per color for full glitter effect and opacity.
Flashing & Curing:

Flash: 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Cure: 280–300°F (137–148°C) for a durable, crack-resistant finish.

Tip: Glitter reflects heat—test dwell and temperature to ensure full cure.
Cleanup & Storage:
- Clean with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover.
- Store at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
