How to Print with Light Gold Glitter

Screen Setup:

• Use 25–40 mesh for automatic presses and ≤40 mesh for manual presses for proper glitter flow.
• Print two hits per color for maximum coverage and reflective effect.

Flashing & Curing:

• Flash: 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds.
• Cure: 280–300°F (137–148°C) for complete adhesion and flexibility.
• Note: Due to metallic glitter, slightly longer flash times may be needed—test before production.

Cleanup & Storage:

• Clean with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover for easy cleanup and screen longevity.
• Store between 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a dry, cool area, away from sunlight.
• Shelf Life: 12 months from manufacturing when properly stored.
