Optimized for cotton, polyester, and cotton/poly blends, it produces a luxurious metallic finish without requiring an underbase—perfect for fashion prints, athletic wear, and bold graphics.

How to Print with Marine Blue Glitter

Screen Setup:

• Use 25–40 mesh for automatic presses; ≤40 mesh for manual presses for optimal glitter flow.
• Print two hits per color for maximum coverage and sparkle.

Flashing & Curing:

• Flash: 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds.
• Cure: 280–300°F (137–148°C) for full adhesion and durability.
• Note: Glitter’s reflective nature may extend flash time—test before full runs.

Cleanup & Storage:

• Clean with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover.
• Store at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
• Shelf Life: 12 months from manufacturing when stored properly.
