How to Print with Metal Grey Glitter

Screen Setup:

• Use 25–40 mesh for automatic presses, or 40 mesh and lower for manual presses.
• Print two hits per color for best coverage and shimmer intensity.

Flashing & Curing:

• Flash: 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds.
• Cure: 280–300°F (137–148°C) for complete adhesion and flexibility.
• Note: Glitter’s reflective properties may slightly extend flash times; test before full runs.

Cleanup & Storage:

• Clean screens with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover after use.
• Store between 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
• Shelf Life: 12 months from date of manufacture when properly stored.
