Champion Inks® Metallic Black Plastisol Ink is a phthalate-free, high-opacity metallic ink engineered to deliver a stunning, reflective black finish with exceptional flexibility and durability. Designed for cotton, polyester, and cotton/poly blends, it provides strong adhesion and requires no underbase—simply apply two hits per color for an intense metallic sheen that flows smoothly and moves naturally with the fabric.
Formulated with a low-cure temperature of 300°F (149°C), this ink reduces fabric stress and prevents dye migration while maintaining a flawless, high-gloss black metallic surface that enhances fashion, performance, and specialty prints.

Printing & Curing Instructions

Screen Setup: Use 110 mesh for optimal ink flow and metallic clarity.

Print: Apply two hits per color for maximum coverage and reflectivity.

Flash: 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Cure: 300°F (149°C) for full adhesion and flexibility.

Note: Metallic pigments reflect heat—test for full cure before production runs.
Cleanup & Storage
- Use Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover for fast, efficient cleanup.
- Store at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry area away from sunlight.
