Printing & Curing Instructions

Screen Setup: 110 mesh for optimal metallic clarity and flow.

Print: Two hits per color for maximum opacity and reflectivity.

Flash: 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Cure: 300°F (149°C) for full adhesion and flexibility.

Note: Metallic pigments reflect heat—verify dwell time to ensure a complete cure.
Cleanup & Storage
- Clean with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover.
- Store between 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
