Printing & Curing Instructions

Screen Setup: 110 mesh for optimal metallic flow and clarity.

Print: Two hits per color for full opacity and brightness.

Flash: 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Cure: 300°F (149°C) for complete crosslinking and flexibility.

Note: Metallic pigments reflect heat—adjust dwell time to ensure a full cure.
Cleanup & Storage
- Use Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover for efficient cleanup.
- Store between 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry environment.
