Printing & Curing Instructions

Screen Setup: Use a 110 mesh screen for smooth metallic ink flow and optimal clarity.

Print: Apply two hits per color to achieve maximum opacity and reflectivity.

Flash: 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Cure: 300°F (149°C) for full adhesion and flexibility.

Tip: Test curing thoroughly—metallic inks reflect heat and may require minor adjustments.
Cleanup & Storage
- Clean with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover for quick, residue-free maintenance.
- Store between 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a dry, shaded environment.
