Printing & Curing Instructions

Screen Setup: Use 40 mesh for smooth metallic ink flow and reflective clarity.

Flash: 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Cure: 300°F (149°C) for durable, wash-safe prints.

Note: Always confirm full cure since metallic flakes can reflect heat and require adjustment.
Cleanup & Storage
- Clean with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover for efficient maintenance.
- Store sealed at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, shaded environment.
