No underbase required: run two hits per color for bold, molten-metal coverage.

How to Print with Metallic Dark Copper
Screen Setup:
- Use a 110 mesh screen for optimal metallic clarity and ink deposit.
- Print two hits per color for maximum opacity and shine (flash between as needed).
Flashing & Curing:

Flash: 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Full Cure: 300°F (149°C) for complete adhesion and flexibility.

Note: Metallic pigments reflect heat—test dwell time to ensure full cure.
Press Tips:

Squeegee: 70 durometer for even, controlled laydown.
- Maintain steady flood/print strokes to keep the metallic surface uniform.
Cleanup & Storage
- Clean with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover.
- Store sealed at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry, shaded area.
