How to Print with Navy Shimmer Plastisol Ink
Screen Setup:
- Use an 86 mesh screen for optimal ink flow and metallic reflection.
- Print with two passes per color for maximum opacity and brilliance.
Flashing & Curing:

Flash: 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Cure: 280–300°F (137–148°C) for full adhesion and flexibility.
Tip: Metallic pigments reflect heat — always test curing time and temperature for best results.
Cleanup & Storage:
- Clean easily with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover.
- Store in a cool, dry space between 65–90°F (18–32°C).
- Shelf life: 12 months from manufacturing when stored properly.
