How to Print with Puff Ink Colors – 5 Gallon
Screen Preparation:

Mesh: 86–110 mesh for bold puff height; 160–200 mesh for fine details.

Stencil: Apply a thick emulsion or capillary film for proper ink deposit.

Pressure: Use medium squeegee pressure for even coverage.
Printing & Flashing:
- Apply one pass for a standard puff, multiple passes for extra height.

Flash: 250°F (121°C) for 3–5 seconds between layers.
Curing:

Final Cure: 320–330°F (160–165°C) to fully expand the puff effect.

Tip: If ink puffs too early, lower flash temperature or raise flash height.
Cleanup & Storage:
- Use Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover for fast, effective cleanup.
- Store sealed at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a dry, shaded environment.
