How to Print with Puff Ink Colors – Gallon
Screen Preparation:

Mesh: 86–110 mesh for maximum puff build-up; 160–200 mesh for subtle puff effects.

Stencil: Use thick emulsion or capillary film for better ink buildup.

Pressure: Medium pressure to ensure smooth, even deposit.
Printing Process:
- Print one pass for standard puff; two passes for increased height and definition.

Flash: 250°F (121°C) for 3–5 seconds between passes if layering colors.
Curing Instructions:

Final Cure: 320–330°F (160–165°C) for complete puff expansion.

Tip: If puffing occurs prematurely during flashing, reduce flash temperature or increase height.
Cleanup & Storage:
- Use Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover for quick cleaning.
- Store sealed at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry location away from sunlight.
