How to Print with Puff White
Screen Setup:
- Use a 110 mesh screen for proper ink deposit and puff expansion.
- Print single or multiple layers depending on the desired puff height.
Flashing & Curing:

Flash: 250°F (121°C) for 3–5 seconds between layers if needed.

Cure: 320–330°F (160–165°C) for full puff development.
Tip: If puffing occurs during flash, reduce flash temperature or increase distance between platen and flash unit.
Cleanup & Storage:
- Clean screens with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover.
- Store at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, sealed container.
- Shelf life: 12 months from manufacturing when stored properly.
