How to Print with Purple Glitter
Screen Setup:
- Use 25–30 mesh on autos; ≤40 mesh on manual presses for optimal glitter flow.
- Print two hits per color for maximum opacity and sparkle.
Flashing & Curing:

Flash: 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Cure: 280–300°F (137–148°C) for full adhesion and flexibility.
Note: Glitter reflects heat—test flash and cure dwell to prevent under-curing.
Cleanup & Storage:
- Clean with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover.
- Store at 65–90°F (18–32°C) away from direct sunlight.
- Shelf life: 12 months from manufacturing when stored properly.
