How to Print with Reflective Dark Grey
Screen Setup:
- Use a 60–95 mesh screen for optimal ink deposit and reflection.
- Apply two hits of ink for maximum brightness and reflectivity.
- For multi-color designs, apply reflective ink as the final layer.
Flashing & Curing:

Flash: 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Cure: 320°F (160°C) for full adhesion and reflective activation.
Tip: Avoid overheating to preserve reflective pigment integrity and ensure maximum brightness.
Cleanup & Storage:
- Clean with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover.
- Store between 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry environment.
