Champion Inks® Reflective Light Grey Plastisol Ink produces a subtle light-grey look in normal light and an eye-catching reflective pop under direct light (headlights, camera flash). This phthalate-free formula delivers excellent adhesion, durability, and wash resistance on cotton, cotton/poly blends, and select synthetics—ideal for safety apparel, athletic wear, fashion, and promotional prints.

How to Print with Reflective Light Grey

Screen Setup:

• Mesh: 110–160 for standard prints; 200+ for fine details.
• Stencil: Water-resistant emulsion.
• Squeegee: 65–75 durometer for smooth laydown.
• Underbase: Opacity is medium—use a white underbase on dark garments for maximum contrast.

Flashing & Curing:

• Flash: ~250°F (121°C) for 3–5 seconds.
• Cure: 320–330°F (160–165°C) for full cure and wash durability.

Tip: Reflective pigments can alter heat absorption—verify dwell time and temperature with a test print to avoid under-cure.

Cleanup & Storage:

• Clean with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover.
• Store at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight.
• Shelf Life: 12 months from manufacturing when stored properly.
