How to Print with Royal Blue Glitter
Screen Setup:
- Use 25–30 mesh for automatic presses or ≤40 mesh for manual printing.
- Print two passes for maximum glitter density and shine.
Flashing & Curing:

Flash: 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Cure: 280–300°F (137–148°C) for full adhesion and durability.
Note: The metallic glitter may reflect heat; adjust flash duration to prevent under-curing.
Cleanup & Storage:
- Clean with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover.
- Store at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
- Shelf life: 12 months from manufacturing when properly stored.
