Champion Inks® Sahara Gold Glitter Plastisol Ink is a phthalate-free, low-cure, high-opacity glitter plastisol that delivers brilliant, multi-dimensional sparkle—no underbase required. Engineered for cotton, polyester, and cotton/poly blends, it prints smoothly, flashes fast, and cures efficiently for luxury metallic finishes that stand up to wear and washing.

How to Print with Sahara Gold Glitter
Screen Setup:
- Use 25–40 mesh on automatic presses; ≤40 mesh on manual presses for optimal glitter flow.
- Print two hits per color for maximum coverage and sparkle.
Flashing & Curing:

Flash: 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Cure: 280–300°F (137–148°C) for full adhesion and flexibility.
Note: Glitter reflects heat—flash dwell may vary by unit. Test settings before production.
Cleanup & Storage:
- Clean with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover.
- Store at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry area away from sunlight.
- Shelf life: 12 months from manufacturing when stored properly.
