Champion Inks® Soft Hand Plastisol Base is a premium, phthalate-free base that produces luxurious soft-hand finishes while maintaining excellent opacity, color vibrancy, and wash durability. Use alone or tint with pigments to create custom colors with a smooth, high-end feel on cotton, blends, and synthetics.

Application & Curing

Mesh: Up to 355 monofilament polyester (142T European) for fine detail; use lower mesh for higher opacity.

Cure: Heat-cure at 320°F (160°C) for 2–3 minutes. This product does not air dry.
