How to Print with Steel Grey Super Glitter
Screen Setup:
- Use 25–30 mesh for automatic presses or 40 mesh or lower for manual presses to maximize glitter flow.
- Print with two hits per color for full coverage and intense shimmer.
Flashing & Curing:

Flash: 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Cure: 280–300°F (137–148°C) for full adhesion and flexibility.
Note: Due to metallic reflection, flash dwell times may vary—test settings before production for optimal results.
Cleanup & Storage:
- Clean easily with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover.
- Store at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry space away from sunlight.
- Shelf life: 12 months from manufacturing when properly stored.
