Transfer Application Process

| 1. Screen Print Transfer |
Use 110–230 mesh. Print mirrored for transfer layout. Pre-shrink transfer sheets for multi-layer designs. |
| 2. Flash / Gel Cure |
Flash at 220°F (104°C) for 3–5 seconds. Gel at 250°F–280°F (121°C–138°C) to prepare for powder bonding. |
| 3. Apply Adhesive Powder |
Immediately dust with transfer adhesive powder, shake off excess, and allow to set before final gel. |
| 4. Final Heat Press |
Press at 315°F–350°F (157°C–177°C) for 10–15 seconds under medium to high pressure. Peel according to transfer type (hot, cold, or hybrid). |
