Screen Printing Guidelines

Mesh: 156–230+ for standard graphics; lower mesh can increase deposit for maximum neon pop.

Stencil: Water-resistant emulsion formulated for water-based systems.

Squeegee: 70–75 durometer or sharp edge for crisp detail and smooth laydown.

Flash / Cure: Flash at 250°F (121°C) for 3–5 seconds; fully cure at 320°F–350°F (160°C–177°C) only after moisture has completely evaporated.

Clean-Up: Cleans with water and mild soap. No harsh solvent required.
Storage Recommendations
- Store at 65°F–90°F (18°C–32°C) away from direct sunlight and direct heat sources.
