Screen Printing Guidelines

Mesh: 156–230 depending on coverage vs detail.

Stencil: Water-resistant emulsion suitable for water-based inks.

Squeegee: 70–75 durometer for smooth, even laydown.

Flash / Cure: Flash at 250°F (121°C) for 3–5 seconds. Fully cure at 320°F–350°F (160°C–177°C) only after all moisture has driven off.

Clean-Up: Cleans with water and mild soap. No harsh solvent required.
Storage Recommendations
- Store at 65°F–90°F (18°C–32°C) away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- Keep containers sealed when not in use to prevent surface drying or contamination.
