Champion Inks® Glow in the Dark Aqua Blue Plastisol Ink is a phthalate-free, specialty phosphorescent ink engineered to deliver a bright aqua glow for up to 4 hours after light exposure. It prints smoothly on cotton and cotton/poly blends, offering a soft hand, reliable adhesion, and durable, eye-catching effects for night events, concerts, safety accents, and novelty apparel.

Ideal Substrates

Printing & Curing Instructions

Pre-Press: Pre-heat garment 2–3 seconds to remove moisture.

Screen Setup: 110 mesh recommended for proper deposit and maximum glow.

Print: Medium pressure; add a second hit or print/flash/print for higher luminosity.

Flash: 250°F (121°C) for 3–5 seconds as needed between passes.

Cure: 320°F (160°C) for 1–2 minutes to full cure.

Charge: Allow to cool, then expose to strong light (sunlight or LED) before viewing in darkness.

Note: Glow is most visible in complete darkness after full light exposure.
Cleanup & Storage
- Clean with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover.
- Store at 65–90°F (18–32°C) away from direct sunlight.

Shelf Life: 12 months from manufacturing when properly sealed.
